June 5, 2006 — James Publishing, Inc., has acquired the assets of California social services directory publisher Resource Directory Group, Inc., announced James Publishing President Jim Pawell. Resource Directory Group was represented in the transaction by merger and acquisition advisory firm Whitestone Communications, Inc., New York, NY.
