Eli Research, LLC, acquires assets of Business Communications Company, Inc.

December 13, 2005 — Eli Research, LLC, has acquired the assets of industry research and technical market analysis firm Business Communications Company, Inc., announced Eli Research Chairman and CEO Greg Lindberg. Business Communications Company was represented in the transaction by merger and acquisition advisory firm Whitestone Communications, Inc., New York, NY.

"We are pleased to acquire Business Communications Company because of its position as a leader in market research across a range of technical fields, from advanced materials and biotechnology to plastics, polymers and textiles — some 15 sectors in all," said Lindberg.

Founded in 1971, Business Communications Company (BCC) critically analyses the major market, economic and technological developments in technical industries and produces market research reports, newsletters and conferences. Sample reports are "Inorganic Metal Finishing Technologies," "Flexible Circuits: Materials and Applications," and "Nanomaterials Markets by Type."
