
WHITE PLAINS, NY, March 1, 2003 Haights Cross Communications, a privately held, leading educational and library publisher, today announced it has sold Andrews Publications to West, a business of The Thomson Corporation (TSX:TOC; NYSE:TOC). Located near Philadelphia, Andrews is a 30-year-old publisher of litigation reporters for legal professionals. The transaction was managed by Whitestone Communications, Inc. (New York, NY). Terms were not disclosed.
