Advisory Publications was represented in the transaction by Whitestone Communications, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Conshohocken, Pa., Advisory Publications has been an independent publisher of financial and practice management advice and solutions for physicians in private practice and their managers. In its publications, Advisorys goal has been to provide practical, comprehensive solutions and information to help private practices achieve success, especially in terms of productivity, profitability and efficiency.
