Richmond, England - PJB Publications, Ltd., the largest independent publisher of heathcare business information, has acquired the business and assets of Infocom Ltd. Founded in 1980, Infocom publishes newsletters that serve niche segments of the $100 billion instrumentation market. Analytical Instrument Industry Report is the world's leading source of market and business information on the $18 billion analytical instrument sector, while GenomiKa serves the fast-expanding business of DNA analysis, covering technologies essential for sequencing the human genome. Infocom was represented in this transaction by the investment banking firm of Whitestone Communications, Inc.
Philip Greenfield, previously Deputy Editor of PJB's market leading newsletter, Clinica, takes over as Managing Editor for All Report and GenomiKa. Dr. Gordon Wilkinson and Dr. Brenda Wilkinson will continue to work with PJB Publications as Consultant Editors.
Dr. Philip J.
